All our products come with
30 days guarantee against malfunction and manufacturer defect. You can return the defective item along with the original receipt.
The defective item will be
replaced with the new one at no cost to you.
To cover your return shipping costs we will issue a $5.00 credit towards your next purchase.

Also, you can return any
unused unopened item in its original packaging,
within 15 days from the receipt of your purchase. Please do not open or destroy the original packaging before you are certain you want to keep the toy. Please don't forget to include the original receipt/invoice and instructions on whether you want to receive replacement or refund. Please, note, no reimbursement of the return shipping costs is offered in this case.
For all returns, please,
· carefully repack the item in its original packaging. We will not issue a credit for the items that were damaged during the return shipment.

Due to the nature of our products and in consideration of the health security of our customers we are bound to reject the returns of any used product. We will consider the item used when its packaging seal is broken.
The absolute majority of our products (except the Inner Space acrylic dildos) are sealed at the packaging level at which you can see the toy itself. Please, don't break this seal if you think about returning the toy.

Due to ease of duplication we can not except the video returns, unless the cassette is defective. The defective video returns can be only exchanged with the same title.
Þ The lubricants and other bottled liquids are not returnable.

Please, keep in mind, that if you choose to return a defective item directly to the manufacturer (some do offer such service) our company will not carry the responsibility for the privacy of personal information you will be submitting along with the return.
