Our routine shipping service provider is UPS. All our shipments made via UPS residential services are insured and trackable. We offer four timing options for the delivery of in-stock items.
Note that UPS exercises their services only on business days (M-F, except holidays). Besides, they do not include the day of parcel pick up into the overall count of guaranteed days of delivery.

Þ  Standard Ground. Your package should reach you within 5 business days (that is, not counting weekends, holidays and the day of pick up).

Þ  3 Day Select will arrive in 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and the day of pick up).

Þ  2nd Day Air will arrive by the end of a second business day (excluding weekends, holidays and the day of pick up).

Þ  Next Day Air Saver will arrive after 3pm on next business day (excluding weekends, holidays and the day of pick up).

This is UPS standard delivery time-frame guaranteed for parcels which we check in by 5pm EST (Eastern Time).
All orders that are placed with us before 2pm EST are shipped (picked up by UPS) the same day. If your order comes to us after 2pm EST, it will be shipped the next day.

When placing the order, please, make sure to include the apartment number and any other address details to ensure the delivery. UPS returns the package to a sender after three delivery attempts. If this occurs, we will have to re-ship the order and charge you for this new shipment cost.

Other US Destinations

To our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands.

Due to exuberant UPS charges for any overseas delivery we can not employ their services for our customers in these destinations. None of the shipping options listed above for 'Continental US' is available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands. When placing an order with us, please, select the USPS Airmail rate for shipping and handling charges.

We usually ship all our overseas packages via the United States Post Office Airmail services. Please, note however, that USPS charge posted on front of the package reflects only the USPS part of the delivery cost and does not include the costs of packaging, handling, nor the delivery of the package to the USPS location.


For our customers who request the delivery to P.O. Boxes we also will dispatch a special courier to Post Office location to mail the package via the USPS Priority Mail service. Note again, that USPS charge posted on front of the package reflects only the USPS part of the shipment cost and does not include the costs of packaging, handling, courier delivery of the package to USPS location.

Attention to our AE and APO customers. As you know all AE and APO addresses are subject to the custom regulations of the countries of their location. We will gladly send your order to AE or APO if it is located in US or one of the foreign countries listed below. We regret that presently we can not offer shipment to other countries.

Due to variably stringent custom regulations in different parts of the world we can only ship our products to the limited destinations.

On the customs declaration form, we will declare "silicone statue, massager, educational tapes, leather belting", etc.

Keep in mind that in some countries you may have trouble getting your package (particularly videos) past your customs inspectors. We cannot take responsibility for release of your merchandise, nor for any confiscations by your country's customs officials.

If applicable, any and all duties, taxes and tariffs imposed by customs officials are the responsibility of you, the customer. We do not bill you for these charges, nor can we provide you with the complete information about customs regulations of each sovereign nation. If you are concerned, please inform yourself of your country's tariff, duty schedule and customs practices. Many countries have such information available on the Web.
